Delivery generally takes 6 to 10 business days. For personalized products, the timeframe may extend up to 20 business days.
Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more. Below this amount, the shipping fee is €2.90.
We deliver to France and Belgium.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item. Returns are free: a simple email is all it takes to start the process. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking link. This allows you to track your package's progress in real time, right up to delivery.
Once your return is accepted, the refund is processed within 10 days to the payment method used for your order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
